- percentage ratio of the value of the property, which is the subject of the transaction, to the total value of the organization's assets - 0.0003%;
- main significant terms of the transaction - Real estate sale and purchase agreement with the right of private ownership of the land plot and with the right of land use on the land plot located in Shymkent;
- date of conclusion of the transaction - November 20, 2014.
