Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces the conclusion of a transaction involving an interest with a person having special relations with the Bank.

1. the date of the organization's decision to execute the transaction – November 13, 2014;
2. the value of the property being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
3. the date of the last valuation of the property being the subject of the transaction – not applicable;
4. the percentage ratio of the value of the property being the subject of the transaction to the total value of the organization's (Bank's) assets – not applicable;
5. the main substantial terms of the transaction – Agreement for the gratuitous use of part of the trade house with a land plot in the city of Aktobe, for the period from 20.06.2014 to 23.07.2014 inclusive.
6. the date of the transaction conclusion – November 21, 2014.
