Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter – the Bank) hereby announces the registration of the Second Bond Program for 100,000,000,000 (one hundred billion) tenge and three bond issues within it at the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
- ISIN KZP02Y02E751 - unsecured coupon bonds, 200,000,000 (two hundred million) pieces with a face value of 100 tenge, term of circulation – 2 years, coupon rate - 4% per annum of the nominal value with coupon payment 2 times a year;
- ISIN KZP01Y05E756 - unsecured coupon bonds, 150,000,000 (one hundred fifty million) pieces with a face value of 100 tenge, term of circulation – 5 years, coupon rate – 7.5% per annum of the nominal value with coupon payment 2 times a year;
- ISIN KZP03Y07E758 – indexed subordinated unsecured coupon bonds, 35,000,000 (thirty-five million) pieces with a face value of 100 tenge, term of circulation – 7 years, coupon rate – 4% per annum of the indexed nominal value with coupon payment 2 times a year.
