- the main significant terms of the transaction – Civil liability insurance contract related to the obligation established by the civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to compensate for damage caused to the life, health, and/or property of third parties, as well as to the environment, as a result of the activities carried out by the Bank's branch in the city of Pavlodar;
- the date of the transaction conclusion – November 14, 2014.
