Hereby Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) informs that by the ruling of the judge of the Specialized Administrative Court of Kostanay dated 25.04.2014, an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 100 MRP, amounting to 185,200 tenge, has been imposed on the Bank and a fine of 30 MRP, amounting to 55,560 tenge, has been imposed on the director of the Bank's Kostanay branch, for committing an administrative offense stipulated in part 1 of article 357-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Administrative Offenses" (carrying out construction and installation works without the appropriate notification to the authorized body).
