On the eve of the New Year, Nurbank held a New Year celebration for orphans and children left without parental care. The bank's top managers danced around the Christmas tree with the children and animators and played with fairy tale characters. The organizers gifted the children with sweet treats.
“Today, 30 children attended the celebration. It's important that everyone feels the festive spirit as the New Year approaches, especially those who need it the most. I hope that today we managed to bring joy and good cheer to the children,” shared Kantar Orynbaev, Chairman of the Management Board of JSC Nurbank.
Among the many charitable and sponsorship projects implemented, Nurbank pays special attention to orphans and children left without parental care. Since 2008, Nurbank has partnered with KTK TV on the joint social project “Road Home” aimed at promoting the adoption of orphans. The main goal of the project is to help orphans find a new family. According to Mr. Orynbaev, this program helps not only to draw public attention to this issue but also to have a real impact on solving this social problem.
“Thanks to the 'Road Home' project, 32 children found families in 2013,” concluded Mr. Orynbaev.
