On April 11, 2012, JSC 'Nurbank' opened the Banking Service Center 'Nurlı Jer'. The center is located in the heart of Kurchatov city, East Kazakhstan region. The main entrance is modest, but inside it is a full-service office with a closed-loop system. It offers everything: cash operations, lending to legal and physical entities, payment card services, deposit placements, and more. Even before the official part began, customer service was in full swing. Traditional sweets during the 'shashu' ritual were enough for everyone. Wishes of prosperity and success for the new center were given in the blessing called 'bata' by an elder. City leadership, guests, and the first clients received commemorative gifts and letters of thanks from the bank.
The branch director in Semey city, Tolegen Darkhan, noted in his speech at the meeting: "Currently, second-tier banks play a significant role in developing the country's economy and improving the well-being of the people. Despite economic and social upheavals worldwide, JSC 'Nurbank' has shown it is gaining momentum and is one of the best banks in Kazakhstan. Now, the residents of Kurchatov city can also access our bank's services. Opening the 'Nurlı Jer' branch in Kurchatov was only a matter of time. And on April 11, this long-awaited event took place, thus supporting the bank's motto 'Just what you need!'.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of local authorities, heads of enterprises and institutions, the president of JSC 'Nuclear Technology Park', the general director of RSE 'National Nuclear Center of RK', the DGP 'Institute of Atomic Energy', the DGP 'Institute of Radiation Safety and Ecology', the DGP 'Baikal', local school and hospital heads, bank partners and clients, entrepreneurs and potential clients, as well as honorary citizens of the city.
