    Maximum loan term is 240 months.

    Minimum down payment: from 10% of realization cost*
    * For Dutch auction, down payment and loan amount are calculated from the minimum realization cost, as approved by the bank. For English auction, down payment and loan amount are calculated from the starting realization cost.
    Possibility of early loan repayment: 1. No moratorium on early repayment;
    2. No commission for early loan repayment;
    3. Minimum amount for early repayment is 100,000 tenge.
    Insurance: Property insurance only
    Commissions, total: 1. Commission for credit application review: 5,000 tenge
    2. No other types of commissions
    Solvency: Possibility of partial income confirmation
