Notice of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Joint Stock Company "Nurbank"

Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" (certificate of state reregistration No. 3868-1900-AO dated November 9, 2004), located at: Almaty, Zheltoksan St. 168 "B", in accordance with the decision made at the meeting of the Board of Directors of JSC "Nurbank" on March 17, 2010, notifies you of the postponement of the annual General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank (hereinafter referred to as the Meeting) to April 29, 2010. The meeting will be held on April 29, 2010, at 10:00 am in the building of JSC "Nurbank" located at: Almaty, Abay Khan Ave., 51-53, shareholder registration starts at 09:00 am.

The list of shareholders entitled to participate in the Meeting is compiled as of March 25, 2010.

Agenda:

1. Determination of the audit organization of JSC "Nurbank" for auditing the consolidated annual financial statements of the banking conglomerate for 2010;
2. Approval of the annual financial statements of JSC "Nurbank" based on 2009 results;
3. Approval of the procedure for distributing the net income of JSC "Nurbank" for 2009, decision on dividend payments on common shares and approval of the dividend amount per common share of JSC "Nurbank" based on 2009 results.
4. On shareholders' appeals regarding the actions of JSC "Nurbank", its officers, and the results of their review for 2009.
5. On the amount and structure of remuneration for the members of the Board of Directors and the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" for 2009.

In the absence of a quorum at the first Meeting, the repeated Meeting will be held on April 30, 2010, at the same time and the mentioned address.
