Important Information for Clients of JSC Nurbank!

Dear clients of JSC Nurbank!

We hereby inform you that starting June 7, 2010, in the Republic of Kazakhstan, new Bank Identifier Codes (BIC) and new International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) based on international standards ISO 9362 and ISO 13616 will be applied.

Instead of the current BIC of JSC Nurbank — 190501849, a new BIC — NURSKZKX will be applied, assigned to JSC Nurbank in accordance with ISO 9362.

The transition to new banking details standards will enhance the identification system of banks and their clients in Kazakhstan's payment systems, while significantly speeding up the processing of international payments.

The structure of client's bank account numbers under the IBAN standard is developed by the International Organization for Standardization and the European Committee for Banking Standards. Currently, IBAN is used in more than 45 countries, including EU member states, their territories, and other countries.

The introduction of banking details compliant with international standards in Kazakhstan involves banks, organizations conducting specific types of banking operations, the Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan, and the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The IBAN structure in JSC Nurbank consists of 20 alphanumeric characters, similar to other banks in Kazakhstan, and is structured as follows:

KZССБББФФВВХХХХХХХХХ

KZ — Kazakhstan code

СС — check digit

БББ — bank code

ФФ — bank branch code

ВВ — currency code in which the account is open

ХХХХХХХХХ — your active account number.

For convenience of reproduction and reading IBAN from paper media, it is presented in 4-character groups separated by spaces. Example: KZ75 8490 1US0 0000 0000.

When filling payment and other documents electronically, IBAN is represented as a continuous sequence of characters.

Example: KZ7584901US000000000.

Upon the transition of JSC Nurbank to the use of new banking details, your current account number will be automatically converted to the new IBAN standard, meaning only the account number changes, without closing the account and maintaining the account transaction history.

To obtain your new bank account number under the IBAN structure, you need to contact your account manager at the Banking Service Center or Bank branch and sign an Addendum to the Bank Account/Deposit Agreement by June 7, 2010.

Please have an identification document and a seal (for clients certifying their signature with a seal).

For the effective execution of payments and money transfers, JSC Nurbank recommends that you inform your business partners in Kazakhstan and abroad of your new details and the effective dates and obtain the new banking details of your partners in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From June 7, 2010, when making payments and money transfers within Kazakhstan and abroad, it is mandatory to indicate new banking details compliant with international standards (IBAN and BIC).
