Promotion Rules.
1. General terms of the Promotion:
1.1. Promotion Territory – Cities of the Republic of Kazakhstan where branches/Banking Service Centers of JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – Bank) are located.
1.2. Promotion period: from February 1, 2022 to April 30, 2022, inclusive.
1.3. The promotion consists of 2 parts: - Cashback calculation at the rate of 5% of the successful payment amount (from 1000 tenge and above) in favor of certain operators (Appendix 1) during the Promotion period for all users of "NUR24" internet banking. - Monthly draws for a cashback calculation of 100% of the successful payment amount (from 1000 tenge and above) in favor of certain operators (Appendix 1)
2. Promotion Participants (hereinafter — "Participants"):
2.1. Individuals, residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan, users of "NUR24" internet banking, excluding individuals related to the Bank by special relations, making payments from payment card accounts in "NUR24" internet banking during the Promotion period.
3. Determining the winners of the prize draws:
3.1. Within the Promotion, 3 (three) prize draws are planned per each reporting period:- first reporting period: 01.02.2022 – 28.02.2022- second reporting period: 01.03.2022 – 31.03.2022- third reporting period: 01.04.2022 – 31.04.2022
3.2. Prize fund of draws: Prize – a monetary reward in the form of 100% cashback from the payment amount (but not more than 30,000 tenge) made by the winner during the reporting period in "NUR24" internet banking. The minimum payment amount is 1,000 (one thousand) tenge. The number of prizes played in one draw – 20.
3.3. To determine the winners of the draw, the Bank forms a list of payments in favor of operators for the reporting period, corresponding to clause 1.2. of the rules.
3.4. Draws are held no later than the 15th of the month following the reporting period.
3.5. The draw winner is chosen using a random number generator on the website https://www.random.org with a selection range equal to the number of payments by participants in favor of operators for the reporting period. The participant whose payment number matches the randomly generated number is considered the winner. Draw results will be published on the Bank's internet resource www.nurbank.kz.
3.6. Payments made in favor of operators not included in the list of operators according to Appendix 1 do not participate in the draws.
3.7. A participant can become a winner only once during the current Promotion period.
3.8. Cashback payment is made by transferring money to the payment card accounts of the Promotion Winners.
3.9. Draws are broadcast live on the Bank's Instagram account.
4.0. The winner of the current draw does not participate in subsequent draws.
4.1. The prize cannot be issued in cash equivalent or replaced with goods.
4. Personal data:
4.1. Participation in the Promotion in accordance with these rules confirms the Participant's agreement with these rules, as well as the Participant's consent to process personal data by the Bank in any manner necessary for the Promotion.
5. Additional
5.1. In matters not covered by these rules, the Bank and Promotion Participants are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.5.2. Information about the Promotion is distributed by placing:- on the Bank's internet resource www.nurbank.kz- in the official accounts of the Bank in social networks- advertising in social networks Instagram and Facebook, networks Google and Yandex, Youtube.
