Dear client, we inform you about amendments to the Personal Current and/or Savings Account Agreement at JSC "Nurbank" (accession agreement), with changes and additions approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 33 dated 26.04.2019), effective from 06.05.2019, with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 50 dated 02.06.2021), with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 89 dated 01.10.2021), with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 49 dated 12.06.2023), with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 49 dated 12.06.2023), with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 25 dated 18.03.2024), with changes approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (protocol No. 58 dated 27.06.2024).
The amendments shall take effect after a period of 10 (ten) calendar days from the date this notice is posted on the bank's website.
We remind you that, according to the terms of the Agreement, if you do not agree with the amendments made, you have the right to opt out of further execution of the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination of the Agreement to the Bank in the manner established by the Agreement.
Your failure to provide such a notice will signify your agreement with the new version of the Agreement posted on the Bank's website and your accession to it in full, taking into account the amendments/additions made.
