Transfers within Kazakhstan by phone number and by account number will be available:
- December 31, 2025 – 24/7
- January 1-4, 2026 – 24/7
International SWIFT transfers
- December 25, 2025 - due to non-business days in the USA, transfers in USD (US dollars) will not be processed by the Bank
- December 25, 2025 and December 26, 2025 - due to non-business days in Germany, transfers in EUR (EURO) will not be processed by the Bank
- December 31, 2025 – acceptance and processing of transfers from 09:00 to 14:00 except for Russian rubles
- December 31, 2025 – January 11, 2026 - due to non-business days in the Russian Federation, transfers in RUB (Russian rubles) will not be processed by the Bank
- January 1-4, 2026 – holidays
- from January 5, 2026 – acceptance and processing of transfers from 09:00 to 18:00
- January 12, 2026 - acceptance and processing of transfers in RUB from 09:00 to 18:00
International money transfer systems "Zolotaya Korona", "UPT" and "Ria Money Transfer" will be available:
