JSC "Nurbank" informs you about the approval by JSC "Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund" (decision of the Fund's Board of Directors dated December 30, 2025, No. 30) of changes in the notification form for individual clients who have concluded a bank account and/or deposit agreement (hereinafter referred to as changes) concerning the revocation of the certificate of participation issued by the Fund to banks and branches of non-resident banks of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the mandatory deposit insurance system, as well as the establishment of the term "depositor" (instead of the term individual client).
The changes come into effect on January 1, 2026, and apply to bank account and/or deposit agreements concluded from January 1, 2026.
