JSC Nurbank hereby informs you of the approval by the Kazakhstan Deposit Insurance Fund (Resolution of the Board of Directors dated March 19, 2026, No. 6) of amendments to the notification form for depositors who have entered into a bank account agreement and/or a bank deposit agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Amendments”), in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Banks and Banking Activity in the Republic of Kazakhstan” and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Development of the Financial Market, Communications and Bankruptcy” dated January 16, 2026, including changes related to the name of the banking license and the start date for the payment of guaranteed compensation.
The Amendments came into force on March 19, 2026, and apply to bank account agreements and/or bank deposit agreements concluded from March 19, 2026.
