Nurbank JSC informs you about amendments to the Banking Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC (Protocol No. 37 dated May 18, 2015), including
amendments No. 1, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on December 18, 2015, protocol No. 102;
amendments No. 2, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on June 17, 2016, protocol No. 62;
amendments No. 3, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on February 01, 2017, protocol No. 5;
amendments No. 4, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on August 14, 2017, protocol No. 60;
amendments No. 5, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on February 16, 2018, protocol No. 14;
amendments No. 6, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on February 06, 2019, protocol No. 11;
amendments No. 7, approved by the Board of Nurbank JSC on June 02, 2021, protocol No. 50;

For clients who concluded the Agreement before November 17, 2021, the amendments come into effect on December 06, 2021.
We remind you that under the Agreement's terms, if you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by submitting a written notice to the Bank in accordance with the procedure stipulated in the Agreement.
Your failure to provide such notice will signify your acceptance of the new edition of the Agreement, published on the Bank's website, and your accession to it in full, considering the amendments/additions made.
