Rules of the Promotion "Send transfers – receive money!"
1. General information about the Promotion:
1.1. The Promotion is organized by JSC "Nurbank" (hereinafter – the Bank).
1.2. The Promotion period: from July 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, inclusive.
2. Participants of the Promotion (hereinafter — "Participants"):
2.1. The Promotion is open to the Bank's clients – individuals who make/receive transfers at the Bank's branches/departments through money transfer systems "Western Union", "Contact", "Unistream" and "Golden Crown" (hereinafter – Transfers).
3. Terms of the Promotion, determination of prize draw winners:
3.1. To participate in the Promotion, it is necessary to make/receive transfers within the deadlines set in clause 1.2 of the Rules.
3.2. As part of the Promotion, cash prize draws (hereinafter referred to as Draws) are held at the end of reporting periods and a one-time draw of a trip for two to the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel in Aktau after the first reporting period.
3.3. Reporting periods:
- first reporting period: 07/01/2021 – 08/31/2021
- second reporting period: 09/01/2021 – 10/31/2021
- third reporting period: 11/01/2021 – 12/31/2021
3.4. Within the Promotion, 3 (three) Draws are held in each branch of the Bank:
- at the end of the first, second, and third reporting periods in each branch of the Bank, 2 (two) winners are determined, who receive cash prizes of 20,000 (twenty thousand) tenge each;
- in addition to cash prizes, at the end of the first reporting period, a trip for two to the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel, located in Aktau, is drawn. The winner of the trip draw can refuse the trip and receive the cash equivalent of the trip, but not more than 450,000 (four hundred and fifty thousand) tenge. The cost of the trip includes accommodation at the Caspian Riviera Grand Palace Hotel for 5 nights and the flight to Aktau for the winner of the draw and the accompanying person. The trip is limited to the period up to October 31, 2021.
3.5. To determine the winners of the Draw, the Bank forms a list of Participant Transfer numbers for the reporting period, corresponding to the condition of clause 3.1 of the Rules.
3.6. The indicated list is formed by the Bank no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting period.
3.7. The draw is conducted within 1 (one) calendar month following the reporting period.
3.8. The winner of the Draw is chosen using a random number generator on the internet site www. https://www.random.org with a selection range equal to the number of Participant Transfer numbers for the reporting period. The participant whose Transfer number matches the randomly generated number is considered the winner. The results of the Draw will be published on the Bank's web resource www.nurbank.kz.
3.9. The Bank, within 5 (five) business days after the Draws, calls the Winners and conducts procedures for awarding the Prizes.
3.10. The Draws are broadcast live on the Bank's Instagram social media account.
3.11. The winner of the current Draw does not participate in the subsequent draws.
4. Personal data:
4.1. Participation in the Promotion in accordance with these Rules confirms the Participant's consent to the Rules and also constitutes the Participant's consent to the processing of personal data by the Bank in any manner necessary for the purposes of conducting the Promotion.
5. Additional
5.1. In all matters not provided for in these Rules, the Bank and the Participants of the Promotion are guided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5.2. Information about the Promotion is disseminated by posting:
- on the Bank's web resource www.nurbank.kz
- on the official social media accounts of the Bank
- on Instagram and Facebook social networks as advertising
