Amendments to the Bank Service Agreement

Dear Cardholders!

JSC "Nurbank" informs you about amendments to the Bank Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" (Protocol No. 37 dated May 18, 2015), considering

Amendment No. 1, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on December 18, 2015, protocol No. 102;

Amendment No. 2, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on June 17, 2016, protocol No. 62;

Amendment No. 3, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 1, 2017, protocol No. 5;

Amendment No. 4, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on August 14, 2017, protocol No. 60;

Amendment No. 5, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 16, 2018, protocol No. 14;

Amendment No. 6, approved by the Management Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 6, 2019, protocol No. 11; 

The text of Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement is provided below in the attached file.

For clients who concluded the Agreement before June 15, 2021, the amendments take effect from June 30, 2021.

Please be reminded that in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, in the event of disagreement with the amendments, you have the right to refuse further execution of the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination of the Agreement to the Bank as prescribed by the Agreement.

The absence of such a notice from you will signify your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement, published on the Bank's website, and your adhesion to it as a whole, taking into account the amendments/additions made.
