We hereby inform you that the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 231, dated November 29, 2019, on the approval of the Rules for conducting cash transactions and handling banknotes, coins, and valuables in second-tier banks, the National Postal Operator, and legal entities whose exclusive activity is handling banknotes, coins, and valuables, came into force on January 1, 2020. Paragraph 29 of the aforementioned Rules stipulates the following requirement:
“29. Cash disbursement to a corporate client is made based on the cash request submitted by the corporate client no later than one business day before the cash disbursement, as established by the bank’s internal documents.”
