The new standard terms regulate relations under bank loan agreements concluded from the date of the publication of the Terms.
Relations under bank loan agreements concluded before the date of publication of these Terms are regulated by the standard terms of the bank loan agreement for consumer loans, published in Kazakh and Russian in the newspaper "New Generation" (No. 135 dated "December 5, 2013"), with amendments No.1 in Russian and the state languages, published in the newspaper "New Generation" (No. 69 dated "June 30, 2016"), with amendments No.2 in Russian and the state languages, published in the newspaper "New Generation" (No. 124 dated "November 11, 2016"), with amendments No.3 in Russian and the state languages, published in the newspaper "New Generation" (No. 96 dated "August 28, 2018"), with amendments No.4 in Russian and the state languages, published in the newspaper "New Generation" (No. 43 dated April 19, 2019).
