The redemption of the specified bonds will be carried out by the Bank in the order and within the terms established by the Prospectuses of the fourth and fifth bond issues within the second bond program of JSC "Nurbank".
		Information affecting the interests of the issuer's shareholders (participants) and/or investors, in accordance with the issuer's charter and securities issuance prospectus	According to the decision of the Board of Directors dated June 25, 2019, JSC "Nurbank" plans to acquire the placed bonds of the fourth (ISIN KZ2C00005700) and fifth (ISIN KZ2C00005734) issues within the second bond program, which will be presented by the security holders for redemption, under the order and terms established by the Prospectuses of these bond issues. The redemption of the specified bonds will be carried out by the Bank in the order and terms established by the Prospectuses of the fourth and fifth bond issues within the second bond program of JSC "Nurbank".
