All subordinate acts of currency regulation have been revised and approved in a new edition, including:

2. Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2019, No. 40 'On approval of the Rules for conducting currency operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
3. Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2019, No. 42 'On approval of the Rules for conducting export-import currency control in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
4. Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2019, No. 64 'On approval of the Rules for monitoring currency operations in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
5. Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 4, 2019, No. 49 'On approval of the Rules for organizing exchange transactions with foreign cash currency in the Republic of Kazakhstan'
6. Resolution of the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2019, No. 41 'On approval of the Rules for providing information by branches (representations) of foreign non-financial organizations operating in the Republic of Kazakhstan'.
