Attention! Changes in the contract!

We inform you that from April 26, 2019, we are making the following amendments and additions to the Contract for the current and/or savings account of an individual in JSC 'Nurbank' (adhesion contract):

'A Bank service has been approved for automatically informing an individual (hereinafter referred to as the Client) or their representative about expenditure operations on the Client's savings account by sending SMS notifications to the Client's mobile number (their representative; hereinafter referred to as the Service);

The tariff for connecting the Service has been approved.

The Service is provided for 12 months.

To receive the Service, the Client fills out the application form for connecting the Service and makes the payment for the connection on the same day according to the Bank's tariffs.

To disconnect the Service or change the phone number to which SMS notifications are sent, the Client must fill out the Application forms for disconnection/change of phone number related to the SMS-notification Service on the savings account(s).

After 12 months, if the Client does not make the payment for the Service for the next 12 months, the Service will be automatically disconnected.'
