Contest conditions: To participate in the contest, you must be a depositor of the State Educational Savings System or become a depositor by opening an "AQYL" deposit by December 1, 2018.
Winner determination: The winner is selected by a Random Number Generator on the website https://randstuff.ru/numbler/ by participant's serial number.
