"By signing this Agreement, the Client gives consent to the Bank to withdraw funds from the Account and (or) other bank accounts of the Client opened at the Bank by direct debit using a payment demand or payment order, which are presented in accordance with this Agreement and (or) other agreements, which are the basis for fulfilling the Client's monetary obligations and (or) collecting the Client's debts, including, but not limited to, payment of interest, late payment charges (fines, penalties), commissions, including for the Bank's advisement of bank guarantees, documentary letters of credit, collections, and payment of other fees."
"The Client hereby consents to the Bank debiting the Account by means of direct debit using a payment demand or payment order, presented in accordance with this Agreement and (or) other agreements, which serve as the basis for the execution of the Client's monetary obligations and (or) debt recovery, including but not limited to, the payment of interest, late fees (penalties, fines), commissions, including for the Bank's advisement of bank guarantees, documentary credits, collection, and payment of other fees."
