JSC Nurbank informs you about amendments to the Banking Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), approved by the Management Board of JSC Nurbank (Protocol No. 37 dated May 18, 2015), considering Amendment No. 1, approved by the Management Board of JSC Nurbank on December 18, 2015, Protocol No. 102;
Amendment No. 2, approved by the Management Board of JSC Nurbank on June 17, 2016, Protocol No. 62; Amendment No. 3, approved by the Management Board of JSC Nurbank on February 1, 2017, Protocol No. 5.
Amendment No. 4, approved by the Management Board of JSC Nurbank on August 14, 2017, Protocol No. 60.
The text of Amendment No. 5 to the Agreement is provided below in the attached file. Amendments are effective from March 14, 2018.
We remind you that according to the terms of the Agreement, if you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to refuse further performance of the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination to the Bank in accordance with the procedure established by the Agreement.
Your failure to provide such notification indicates your acceptance of the new wording of the Agreement, available on the Bank's website, and full adherence to it with the amendments/additions.
