Dear Clients,
In accordance with clause 7.6 of the Legal Entity's Bank (Current) Account Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), concluded by clients joining the terms posted on the website of JSC 'Nurbank', we inform you of the following amendments to the Agreement: in accordance with the decision of the Management Board of JSC 'Nurbank' dated November 27, 2017.
The Agreement has been supplemented with clause 5.9 as follows:
“5.9. The Bank shall refuse to honor the check for the following reasons:
— the amount in words does not match the amount in numbers;
— the check's validity period has expired;
— there are corrections and/or erasures on the check;
— there are noticeable differences in handwriting and ink color on the check;
— one or more security features are missing on the check;
— there are errors in the details specified in the check;
— the signature, seal impression (if available) on the check do not match the signature, seal impression (if available) in the specimen signatures and seal impressions document of the drawer (for individuals) or the person authorized by the drawer to manage the checkbook (for legal entities);
— insufficient funds to pay the check;
— counterfeit or defective check detected;
— the purpose of the funds expenditure is not specified in the check;
— other reasons provided by applicable law and this Agreement.”
The specified changes come into force on December 20, 2017.
