Dear Client, we inform you about amendments to the Agreement of the Individual's Current and/or Savings Account at JSC Nurbank, approved by the Board of JSC Nurbank (protocol No. 102 of 28.12.2018), with changes and additions approved by the Board of JSC Nurbank (protocol No. 33 of 26.04.2019), with changes approved by the Board of JSC Nurbank (protocol No. 50 of 02.06.2021), with changes approved by the Board of JSC Nurbank (protocol No. 89 of 01.10.2021), with changes approved by the Board of JSC Nurbank (protocol No. 49 of 12.06.2023).
The amendments will take effect 10 (ten) calendar days after the date of publication of this notice on the bank's website.
Please note that according to the terms of the Agreement, if you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to refuse further execution of the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination of the Agreement to the bank in the order established by the Agreement.
Failure to provide such notice will imply your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement published on the bank's website and your full agreement with the amendments/additions.
