Promotion Terms
'25*25000' Promotion Rules with LLP 'VITA Bottlers Kazakhstan'
1. Promotion Period: August 15 — November 15, 2017.
2. Prize Fund: 25 prizes of 25,000 tenge monthly.
3. Location: Almaty and Almaty region.
4. Participant: A person of legal age, a resident of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. To enter the promotion:
5.1. Purchase a 'VITA' branded water bottle with a capacity of 0.5L, 1.0L, or 1.5L with a special promo label
5.2. Open the bottle — a promo code will be on the inside of the cap. Keep the cap with the promo code until the end of the promotion.
5.3. Visit www.nurbank.kz, click on the promotion banner on the homepage
5.4. Fill in three fields: promo code, full name, and contact phone number.
6. During the promotion period, 3 draws of 25 prizes monthly for 25,000 tenge will be held on the following dates: 25.09.2017, 25.10.2017, 24.11.2017.
7. Prize draw takes place at the Bank’s headquarters at Almaty, Abai Ave 10V, using a random number generator.
8. Individual income tax on prizes is paid by the Bank at the established rate according to the Tax Code of the RK.
9. Results of each draw will be published on the Bank’s website, as well as on the Bank’s social media pages on Facebook and Instagram.
10. A participant can win only 1 prize in one draw.
11. A winner of the first draw may win another prize in the next draw with a different promo code.
12. To receive the prize, the draw winner must:
12.1. Visit the bank branch in Almaty at Zheltoksan St, 173 or in Taldykorgan at Abilay Khan Ave, 147;
12.2. Execute one of the banking operations during the promotion period: transfer money, pay utility bills, exchange currency.
13. To receive the prize, the draw winner should present to the Bank manager:
— Identity document
— Payment document confirming the banking operation during the promotion period
— Bottle cap with the winning promo code
14. By participating in this promotion, all participants confirm that they are aware of and agree with these Promotion Rules.
15. The fact of participating in the promotion implies that the participant agrees to the use of their name, surname, and photographs by the bank for advertising purposes in media publications without remuneration and prior agreement.
