JSC "Nurbank" and the Kazakhstan Mortgage Company have signed a Memorandum of Mutual Cooperation within the framework of the implementation of the 'Nurly Zher' Housing Construction Program aimed at increasing the availability of mortgage lending.
Within the framework of "Nurly Zher", mortgage housing loans are provided in the national currency for the purchase of primary housing. With subsidies, the final remuneration rate for borrowers will be no more than 10% per annum.
Maximum loan amount:
— up to 20,000,000 KZT (inclusive) — in the cities of Astana and Almaty;
— up to 15,000,000 KZT (inclusive) — in other regions of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
— loan term — up to 180 months;
— subsidy term — 120 months.
— initial payment — from 30% of the cost of the housing being purchased.
