JSC "Nurbank" informs you about amendments made to the Banking Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" (Protocol No. 37 dated May 18, 2015), with the amendments No. 1 approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on December 18, 2015, Protocol No. 102;
amendments No. 2 approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on June 17, 2016, Protocol No. 62; amendments No. 3 approved by the Board of JSC "Nurbank" on February 1, 2017, Protocol No. 5.
The text of Amendments No. 4 to the Agreement is attached below. The amendments take effect from September 8, 2017.
We remind you that according to the terms of the Agreement, if you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to terminate the Agreement by submitting a written notice of termination to the Bank in accordance with the procedure established by the Agreement.
Your failure to provide such notice will constitute your acceptance of the new version of the Agreement posted on the Bank's website, and your adhesion to it in its entirety with the amendments and additions made.
