On April 24, 2017, JSC 'Nurbank' received a letter from the RSE of Almaty 'National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan' (Out. No. 30-1-06/1969 dated April 20, 2017) regarding the withdrawal of a Written Warning against JSC 'Nurbank' (Out. No. 30-1-06/6448 dated December 20, 2016), concerning violations of the requirements of Article 31-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan', as well as Rules No. 137.
