Information on a transaction involving the interest of the joint-stock company

Hereby Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of a transaction involving interest.

When several transactions involving the interest of the joint-stock company are concluded within one working day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company, containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction conclusion date — 10.04.2017;
2. subject of the transaction — Accessory Agreement No.154-6/11-00;
3. date of decision by the governing body of the joint-stock company on the transaction — 28.02.2017.
