Information on the Transaction by the Joint Stock Company with Interested Party Participation

Hereby, NurBank JSC reports the conclusion of a transaction involving interested party participation.

When concluding several transactions involving interested party participation within one business day, the provision of information on such transactions is allowed through the submission of a single application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. Transaction date — 04/05/2017;
2. Subject of the transaction — Supplementary Agreement to the Series Agreement  DOS/NS/16/83 for Voluntary Accident Insurance No.3;
3. Date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the conclusion of the transaction — 03/09/2017.
