Information on the Transaction Concluded by the Joint Stock Company That Involves an Interest

Hereby, NurBank JSC announces the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When multiple transactions involving an interest are concluded by the joint stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions through a single application submitted by the joint stock company, containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — 18.03.2017;
2. subject of the transaction — Agreement on the Termination of the Contract for the Sale of an Administrative Building with a Share in the Plot of Land;
3. date of decision by the joint stock company's governing body to conclude the transaction — 14.02.2017.
