Information on Transactions with Interest by the Joint Stock Company

Hereby Joint Stock Company "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of transactions where there is an interest.

When multiple transactions of interest to the joint stock company are concluded within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on multiple such transactions.
