Information on a Transaction by a Joint-Stock Company in which the Company is Interested

Hereby Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When several transactions that involve an interest by the joint-stock company are concluded within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions by the joint-stock company. 

1st transaction:

2. subject of the transaction — Accessory Agreement No. 144-6/11-00;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 28.02.2017

2nd transaction:

1. transaction date — 03.03.2017;
2. subject of the transaction — Accessory Agreement No. 145-6/11-00;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body to conclude the transaction — 28.02.2017
