Information on the Execution of a Transaction by the Joint Stock Company, Involving Interestedness in Its Conclusion

Hereby, Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' reports the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When multiple transactions are concluded within one business day, in which the joint stock company has an interest, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application by the joint stock company containing information on multiple such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Agreement on the Reimbursement of the Cost of Named Club Cards purchased by the Bank for them and their family members at the Sports and Wellness Club  No. 142-6/11-00;
3. date of the decision made by the joint stock company's body regarding the transaction — February 16, 2017.
