Changes in Tariffs

Dear clients!

We inform you that starting from March 1, 2017, we are making changes to the tariffs for servicing individuals and legal entities of the Bank in the following sections:

Tariffs for servicing individuals:

  • Section 2 "Other account maintenance fees",
  • Section 3 "Cash operations in national currency" — Acceptance and counting of banknotes and coins in national currency,
  • Section 11 "Payments and transfers in national and foreign currencies without opening a bank account (Astana time)"- In national and foreign currencies through fast transfer systems (NurExpress) and acceptance of cash in national currency for non-cash transfer to suppliers of goods/services.

Tariffs for servicing legal entities:

  • Section 1 "Client's Bank Account (opening, maintenance, and closing)"- Account opening,
  • Section 2 "Other account maintenance fees"- Fees for issuing duplicates of financial documents, statements, certificates, and others,
  • Section 5 "Other cash operation fees"- Other fees for cash operations,
  • Section 11 "Other fees for transfer operations"- Preparation of payment documents on paper upon the client’s request.
