Information on a Transaction Entered into by a Joint Stock Company in Which the Company Has an Interest

This is to inform you that JSC 'Nurbank' has concluded transactions in which there is an interest.

When several transactions, in which the joint stock company has an interest, are concluded within one working day, it is permitted to provide information on such transactions via the submission by the joint stock company of a single request containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction - 10.02.2017;
2. subject of the transaction - Accession Agreement  No.142-6/11-00;
3. date of the decision by the joint stock company's body on the transaction - 09.02.2017
