This is to inform that JSC “Nurbank” has entered into transactions in which it has an interest.

When several transactions in which the joint-stock company has an interest are concluded within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on several such transactions.

3. date of the decision by the body of the joint-stock company to enter into the transaction — January 24, 2017.
