Information on transactions by a joint-stock company with an interest in the transaction

Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' hereby announces the conclusion of transactions in which there is an interest.

When concluding multiple transactions within one business day, in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions.

2. transaction subject — Lease Agreement №04-17/1;
3. date of decision by the joint-stock company body to execute the transaction — 09.12.2016

Transaction 2:

1. date of the transaction — 13.01.2017;

3. date of decision by the joint-stock company body to execute the transaction — 09.12.2016
