Information on Transactions by a Joint-Stock Company with Interested Parties

The Joint-Stock Company "Nurbank" hereby reports on the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions of interest to the joint-stock company within one business day, the submission of information on such transactions is allowed through the provision of one application by the joint-stock company, containing information on several such transactions.

2. subject of the transaction — Assignment of Claim Agreement No. 7;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the transaction — 12/30/2016.
