Hereby, the Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction with an interest involved.

When several transactions with an interest involved are concluded by the joint stock company within one working day, it is allowed to provide information about such transactions through the submission of one application by the joint stock company containing information on several such transactions.

3. date of the decision by the joint stock company's body on the transaction — 09.12.2016
