Information on the transaction by the joint-stock company where there is an interest

Hereby, JSC 'Nurbank' reports on the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions in a single working day, in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of the transaction conclusion — 28.12.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Bank account agreement;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the transaction — 27.12.2016.
