Information on the transaction of interest to the joint-stock company

Hereby, JSC "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of a transaction of interest.

When concluding several transactions of interest to the joint-stock company within one business day, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application containing information on several such transactions. 

1. date of transaction conclusion — 26.12.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Service Agreement (joining);
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company to conclude the transaction — 31.12.2015
