Information on the Transaction by the Joint-Stock Company in which the Company is Interested

Herewith Joint-Stock Company "Nurbank" announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When several transactions of interest to the joint-stock company are concluded within one working day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application from the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction date — 27.12.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Bank deposit agreement "Nur Altyn Optimal" №01-16/64-1471;
3. date of decision by the joint-stock company body to conduct the transaction — 10.11.2016.
