Information on the Transaction of Joint-Stock Company with Interested Party

This is to inform that Joint-Stock Company 'Nurbank' has concluded a transaction with an interested party.

In case several transactions with interested parties are concluded by the joint-stock company within one business day, it is permissible to provide information on such transactions by submitting a single application containing information on multiple such transactions. 

1. Transaction conclusion date — 26.12.2016;
2. Transaction subject — Lease Agreement of non-residential premises No. 04/47; 
3. Date of the decision by the governing body of the joint-stock company on the transaction — 15.11.2016.
