Hereby Joint Stock Company 'Nurbank' (hereinafter referred to as the Bank) announces receipt of the Written Instruction to the Bank (Outgoing No. 30-1-06/6448 dated 20.12.2016) from the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on 26.12.2016, regarding violations of the requirements of Article 31-1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan 'On Banks and Banking Activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan', as well as Rules No. 137.
