Information on the transaction involving the interest of the joint-stock company

Hereby, JSC 'Nurbank' announces the conclusion of a transaction in which there is an interest.

When concluding several transactions within one business day in which the joint-stock company has an interest, it is allowed to provide information on such transactions by submitting one application by the joint-stock company containing information on several such transactions. 

1. transaction conclusion date — 22.12.2016;
2. subject of the transaction — Supplementary Agreement to Agreement No.2 on Cash Collection;
3. date of the decision by the joint-stock company's body on the transaction — 31.12.2015.
